Our enter and view volunteers are visiting care homes in North Tyneside as independent observers. Comments made will help inform North Tyneside Council's quality payments scheme for care homes.

Six of our enter and view volunteers talked to patients at North Tyneside General Hospital as part of our project to look at the quality of care at the hospital. They saw patients on wards 4,14,18 and 23. More information about this project

The enter and view duty of LINk comes under the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007. This legislation says that LINk can appoint authorised representatives to visit services and report back on how they are running.

'You're welcome' gives young people an opportunity to enter and view health services. Find out more on our young people's project page.
