Quality accounts and the local account
Quality accounts are annual reports to the public from organisations providing NHS services. They give information about the quality of the services that organisations deliver - looking at safety, experience and outcomes. Healthcare providers publishing quality accounts have a legal duty to send their quality account to their local LINk inviting comments on the report before it is published.

Local accounts - Every council in England must now produce an annual report called the Local Account. LINk Board members have made comments on the draft local accounts for North Tyneside. The local account was endorsed by the Council’s cabinet on 14 May.
