Our LINk directory lists support groups in the North Tyneside area and some national organisations which support local groups or offer helplines and on-line information. Click on the organisation on the contents page to go to more information and contact details. On-line directory

To find out about other services to help when you leave hospital you should talk to your health or social care worker.
